SoFlo's WOMEN IN HOCKEY NIGHT - July 13th, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at SOFLO Hockey events (“Event”) hosted at the Baptist Health IcePlex in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, or any other designated venue.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for:
Change of plans
Weather conditions
Scheduling adjustments
Lineup changes
Player participation changes
Venue adjustments

SOFLO Hockey reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, participating players, or programming without refund.

2. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION

SOFLO Hockey reserves the right to:
Postpone
Reschedule
Modify
Relocate
Cancel the Event due to circumstances including but not limited to:
Safety concerns
Facility issues
Force majeure events
Weather
Government orders
Player availability

In the event of full cancellation (not rescheduling), SOFLO may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or refund of the ticket purchase price. Service fees may be non-refundable.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Hockey is a high-speed sport involving inherent risks.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:
Injury from pucks, sticks, equipment, or players
Slips, falls, or collisions
Crowd-related incidents

You agree that SOFLO Hockey, its officers, employees, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from attendance.

4. RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless:
SOFLO Hockey
Baptist Health IcePlex
Venue staff
Sponsors
Players
Contractors from any and all claims arising from attendance at the Event.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the Event, you grant SOFLO Hockey and its partners the irrevocable right to:
Photograph
Film
Record
Livestream
Use your likeness, voice, and image for promotional, commercial, and media purposes in perpetuity, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be filmed, you must refrain from attending.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendees must:
Follow all venue policies
Comply with staff instructions
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior

SOFLO reserves the right to:
Remove any individual without refund
Deny entry
Prohibit future attendance for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. TICKET POLICY

Tickets:
May not be resold for commercial gain without written permission
May be transferred unless otherwise specified
Do not guarantee specific seating unless explicitly stated
SOFLO reserves the right to void tickets obtained through unauthorized resale.

8. SECURITY & ENTRY

All attendees may be subject to:
Bag checks
Security screening
Identity verification

Entry may be denied for:
Intoxication
Illegal substances
Prohibited items
Violation of venue rules

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall SOFLO Hockey be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Travel expenses
Lodging costs
Incidental losses
Maximum liability shall not exceed the ticket purchase price.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

SOFLO shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemic-related closures
Labor disputes
Facility shutdowns

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
